Follow these easy steps to get started with your GlacierZen™ IPL treatment routine.

Step 1: Shave The Treatment Area

Begin by shaving the area you wish to treat. Clean, freshly shaved skin helps light energy reach the hair follicle more effectively.

Step 2: Connect The Power Adapter

Plug the device into a power source using the included adapter.

Step 3: Put On Protective Eyewear

Wear the included protective goggles before treatment.

Avoid looking directly at the flash window during operation.

Step 4: Power On The Device

Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds.

The display will illuminate and automatically start at Energy Level 1.

Step 5: Select Your Preferred Intensity

Press the power button briefly to cycle through the 9 available energy levels.

For first-time users, start with a lower setting and gradually increase as your skin becomes comfortable.

Step 6: Position The Device Correctly

Place the treatment window flat against the skin at a 90° angle.

When the skin sensor detects proper contact, the device will indicate that it is ready to flash.

Step 7: Choose Your Treatment Mode

Manual Mode

Press the flash button each time you want to deliver a pulse.

Auto-Glide Mode

• Ideal for larger areas

• Legs

Press and hold the flash button for 3 seconds to activate Auto-Glide Mode.

Step 8: Glide Across The Skin

Move the device gradually across the treatment area.

Avoid repeatedly flashing the exact same spot during a single session.
