Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States, which means faster delivery times for our US customers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@zenyzen.com. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated as your order will already be in processing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us at support@zenyzen.com and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars. Since we ship domestically within the US, there are no customs fees or import taxes for US orders.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zenyzen.com and we will guide you through the process.
What if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?
We're sorry to hear that — that's not the experience we want for you. Please contact us at support@zenyzen.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible, typically with a free replacement or full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days depending on your card-issuing bank. If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us and we'll help track it down.
