Where we ship
Zenyzen ships worldwide, and standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout where supported; customers in other countries see checkout pricing in our USD fallback currency.
Our fulfilment model — transparency about how we ship
Zenyzen is a curated retailer operated by Bunny Honey Club SRL (registered in Bucharest, Romania). We do not manufacture or warehouse our catalogue in a single location. Instead, we use a network of manufacturing and fulfilment partners selected for quality and reliability:
- International manufacturing and fulfilment partners — most orders are dispatched directly from our partners' warehouses in Asia
- Regional warehouse partners — selected items may be dispatched from a warehouse closer to your destination, depending on stock
The dispatching location depends on the specific product and your destination. Your tracking email will identify the carrier and routing once your order is dispatched.
Depending on your destination, orders are delivered by established carriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, or your local postal service. The carrier is shown in your tracking email once your order ships.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Some routes occasionally take longer due to customs processing, weather, peak-season volume, or carrier delays outside our control. Items shipping directly from our international manufacturing partners may take toward the upper end of the time range.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is included on every order with no minimum spend. If expedited shipping becomes available for your destination, the option will be visible at checkout with the corresponding cost.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking events can take 1-3 business days to appear after dispatch as the parcel enters the carrier network. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please email support@zenyzen.com with your order number.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
For shipments outside the EU (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other non-EU destinations), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please check with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering if this is a concern. We are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
For EU customers — VAT
For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price at checkout. Bunny Honey Club SRL is a Romanian-registered business and applies EU VAT rules where applicable.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only update the address before dispatch. Once a parcel has left our fulfilment partner, the address cannot be modified. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
Missing, delayed, or lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period (more than 10 business days without an update) or your estimated delivery window has clearly passed, email support@zenyzen.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the parcel and, if it cannot be recovered, arrange a replacement or full refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, email support@zenyzen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
Multi-piece orders
If you order more than one item, parcels may be dispatched and arrive separately, especially if items ship from different fulfilment partners. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
