How to use

Apply a few drops of body oil so the dome glides, switch on, and keep the device moving in slow strokes — along the calf, up the forearm, across the upper back. Keep sessions to about 5–10 minutes per area and start on the lowest suction and warmth settings. Cupping can leave temporary circular marks on many skin types, especially if you hold the dome in one place, so keep it gliding until you know how your skin responds. Care & maintenance
