The shell is a soft-touch gray housing with a padded interior sleeve and air chambers arranged around the fingers, palm and wrist. The oval four-button control panel sits on top, and a built-in rechargeable battery charges over USB-C.

How to use

Take off rings and watches, slide one hand in, and start at the lowest intensity for a 10–15 minute session — typing breaks and end-of-day wind-downs are the natural slots.
