Product details
A hot foot soak asks very little of you, which is exactly its charm. SoakZen™ keeps the water at the temperature you set — no kettle top-ups — adds a soft fizz of bubbles, gives your arches rollers to press into, and then folds flat and disappears under the bed. It is the end-of-day basin, upgraded just enough.
Why we chose it
- Holds its temperature — constant-temperature heating keeps the soak where you set it, so the last five minutes are as warm as the first.
- Bubble jets — a gentle, fizzy churn around the feet that turns plain water into something closer to a spa basin.
- Built-in rollers — ridged rollers on the floor of the tub; press your arches into them as much or as little as you like.
- Folds flat — most foot baths die of storage. This one collapses to a slim profile that slides under a bed or into a cupboard.
- Set-and-soak controls — choose your temperature, settle in, and let the tub do the maintenance.
Design story
SoakZen™ draws on ashiyu — the public hot-spring foot baths of Japanese onsen towns, where strangers sit in a row with their trousers rolled up, soaking and saying very little. The insight behind them is that feet are the shortest route to feeling settled. We chose a tub that honours the ritual but accepts the realities of a flat: it has to heat itself, and it has to put itself away.
Materials & details
The tub pairs a rigid base — housing the heating plate, bubble jets and floor rollers — with flexible fold-down walls that collapse for storage. Temperature is set from the built-in controls, and the unit runs on mains power.
How to use
Place the tub on a level floor near a socket, fill it with comfortably warm water to the fill line, set your temperature and step in. Fifteen to twenty minutes is a natural soak — long enough for an episode of something. Check the water with your hand before stepping in, keep the plug and controls dry, and never move or empty the tub while it is plugged in. Dry your feet well afterwards. Not intended for use over broken or irritated skin.

Care & maintenance
Unplug, let the water cool, then drain, rinse and wipe the tub dry after each soak. Let it dry fully open before folding it away. Clean with mild soap only — no abrasives — and run an occasional rinse of water with a splash of white vinegar through the tub to keep the heated base free of mineral build-up.

Frequently asked questions
When is a foot soak most worth it?
After the days your feet did the most: long shifts, long walks, winter evenings. Many people make it a once-or-twice-a-week ritual — same chair, same towel, fifteen warm minutes.
Does it heat cold water or just keep water warm?
Think of it as a keeper of warmth: start with comfortably warm tap water and the tub holds your set temperature from there.
Can I add bath salts or oils?
Plain water is the safe default. Check the manual before adding salts or oils — additives can clog the bubble jets and coat the heating plate, and some simply are not worth the cleanup.
How big is it folded?
Folded, it collapses to a slim profile made for under-bed or cupboard storage. If it turns out not to fit your space, returns are easy within 30 days.
Is this a medical device?
No. SoakZen™ is a comfort and relaxation product — a warm soak with bubbles and rollers, nothing more. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
How fast will it ship?
Shipping is free worldwide, and orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days.
