Design story

AuraZen™ draws on gua sha and the warm-stone finish of spa facials — traditions built on the same unhurried gesture: a smooth shape drawn slowly upward and outward across the face. We looked for a device that kept the calm of that gesture and added quiet comforts a stone cannot offer: steady warmth and a soft red glow.

Materials & details

The shell is smooth, glossy white plastic shaped into a slim handle and forked Y-head, with the red LED strip set into the head and a warming surface where it meets the skin. The device also carries a micro-vibration contact mode — a faint, rhythmic micro-vibration at the head, optional and easy to leave switched off. Controls are two physical buttons on the handle. It is a single-variant product in white.

How to use

On clean skin, apply a serum or facial oil so the head can glide. Sweep slowly upward and outward — jaw to ear, cheek to temple, then down the sides of the neck — spending five to ten minutes in total, a few evenings a week or nightly if you enjoy it. The warmth is designed to stay gentle; if the head ever feels too warm for your skin, pause and let it cool. Do not look directly into the LEDs; close your eyes or use the included eye protection where provided. Not intended for use over broken or irritated skin.

Care & maintenance

Wipe the head after every use — serum residue dulls the glide — with a soft cloth and, if needed, a drop of gentle cleanser on a damp corner. Dry it before storing, keep it out of standing water, and never submerge the device.

How do I work it into my routine?

Use it at the serum or oil step of your evening routine: apply your product, then spend five to ten minutes gliding upward and outward. It replaces nothing — it simply makes that step slower and warmer.

Do I need to use a serum or oil with it?

Yes, something with slip — a serum, facial oil or rich cream. On bare dry skin the head drags instead of gliding, which is neither pleasant nor the idea.

How warm does it get?

Comfortably warm, not hot — closer to a warm towel than a heat pack. If you prefer it cooler, use it in shorter passes and let it rest between areas.

What is the micro-vibration mode?

An optional setting that adds a faint micro-vibration at the head. Try it briefly on the back of your hand first if you are curious, leave it off if you prefer the simple warm glide, and skip it entirely if you use a pacemaker or other implant.
