How to use

Put it on as the last step of winding down: seat the eye cups, slide the strap to where it holds without pressing, and settle the lower edge against the cheeks to close out light. Frequently asked questions

Will it block out all light?

Nearly all of it. The wide wrap closes off the sides well; depending on your nose shape, a sliver can enter at the bridge — adjusting the strap and the lower edge usually settles it.

Is it comfortable for side sleepers?

The padding is soft and fairly low-profile, and many side sleepers get on with it. Any mask can shift when you press a cheek into the pillow, so set the strap snug before you turn in.
