Design story

FlowZen™ draws on the quiet rooms of endurance sport — the long line of athletes lying on mats, legs zipped into inflated boots, doing absolutely nothing on purpose. That scheduled stillness is the whole idea. We chose a system that translates it to the living room: boots, a controller, and full permission to lie down.

Materials & details

Each boot is a flexible synthetic-fabric sleeve with internal welded air chambers, connected by air hose to the handheld controller, which houses the pump and the programme and pressure controls. The system runs on mains power with a regional plug (US, EU, UK or AU, per your selection). Single-boot sets include the same controller as the pair.

How to use

Pull the boots on over a thin layer — leggings or long socks are ideal — lie back, and start at the lowest pressure for your first session. Fifteen to thirty minutes is a comfortable session length; many people fold it into the evening wind-down or the hour after training. Stay seated or lying down while the boots are inflated. Not intended for use over broken or irritated skin.

Care & maintenance

Wipe the boots inside and out with a damp cloth and mild soap, and let them air-dry fully before storing. Do not machine-wash, iron or submerge them. Store loosely rolled or flat, without sharp folds across the air chambers, and keep the hose free of kinks.
