Product details
PulseZen™ is a percussive massager with one big idea: the compact drive head sits at the end of a long, curved handle, so the middle of your own back is finally within reach — no twisting, no asking around the house. Four interchangeable heads, USB-C charging, in Black or Silver.
Why we chose it
- Curved, extended handle — hooks over the shoulder the way a back scratcher does, so the spot between the shoulder blades stops being a two-person job.
- Four heads — ball for broad areas, flat for general gliding, U-fork to sit either side of ridges like the spine, bullet for small, precise spots.
- Step-by-step intensity — plain plus and minus buttons; no app, no mode wheel, nothing to memorize.
- USB-C charging — the same cable as most phones, so topping it up is never a hunt.
- Two finishes — Black and Silver, both in the same matte housing.
Design story
PulseZen draws on the oldest tool in the house — the back scratcher — and its one good idea: solve the reach problem first. Everything else here is quiet refinement around that bent handle.
Materials & details
A smooth matte housing on a curved, extended arm, four attachment heads and a USB-C charging port. A built-in rechargeable battery keeps it cordless in use.
How to use
Fit a head, start on the lowest setting and float it over one area at a time for 20–30 seconds, keeping it moving rather than parking it. For your back, hold the handle low and let the curve bring the head over your shoulder. Stay on the fleshy areas: avoid bones, joints and the front of the neck. Around ten minutes in total is a sensible session — many people use it after a walk or a workout as a quiet wind-down. Not intended for use over broken or irritated skin.

Frequently asked questions
Can I really reach my own back with it?
Yes — that is the whole point of the shape. Hold the handle low, hook the curve over your shoulder, and glide the head between the shoulder blades. It takes about a minute to get the knack.
Which head should I use where?
Ball for broad, fleshy areas; flat for general gliding; U-fork either side of ridges like the spine, never on top of them; bullet for small, precise spots such as forearms and the soles of the feet.
Why is it called Mini when the handle is long?
Fair question. The drive unit itself is compact — the handle is long on purpose, because reach is the feature. It still stows easily in a tote or desk drawer.
How long should I stay on one spot?
Keep it moving — 20–30 seconds per area, lowest setting first, around ten minutes for a full session. More pressure is not more better; let the percussion do the work.
